With our Optional Managed Services package, we’ll do this on your behalf. Your virtual server will be added to the custom monitoring system and the moment there’s a sign of a trouble, our sysadmins will be warned instantaneously.

Weekly Backups
Manually backing up a Linux VPS Web Hosting Package isn’t the simplest procedure in this world. You will either have to use a separate server or your desktop PC, alternatively depend on some 3rd–party solution. We offer a far easier option with our Optional Managed Services offer. We will create a complete backup of your Virtual Private Server once a week, so you never have to be worried about losing vital data. Plus, we can always recover a backup really quickly. All our backups are retained on a special machine with a RAID array of hard disks, so if anything goes wrong with any part of your stored data, we’ve got you covered.

Installation & Troubleshooting

It includes 30 min of installation & trouble–shooting procedures – in other words you can literally employ one of our skilled server administrators for thirty minutes and have him assist you with the installation process of any software whatsoever that you desire. And/or have him solve an issue that you’re experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.
