A: The website migration service that we are offering is free (within a certain limit). We will move your website(s) to our first–class cloud hosting platform without you having to do anything. We know from experience that swapping hosting providers can result in lost data and unnecessary downtime. Because of this, we’ll do all that for you at no cost!We’ve got skilled administrators whose primary assignment is to ensure that your website functions exactly as it did on your previous web hosting platform. The administrators are well–versed in migrating custom–built web sites, as well as web sites that are based on popular applications like WordPress and Joomla^™.

A: We try to perform all website migrations as quickly as possible. Yet, we don’t have a set time frame for web site migrations. There are different elements that you have to take into account – the mere size of your web site and the workload of our website migration staff, etc. We always try to accomplish each migration in under 48 hours. With smaller sites, our team usually manages to finish in less than 24 hours.

A: We will need the login details for your current hosting provider’s Control Panel as well as the website’s name (domain name).

A: Nope. We’ll never touch base with your web hosting provider about anything at all. They won’t be aware of the website transfer either.

A: Yep. We support all conventional Linux–driven hosting platforms. We don’t support Windows–powered web hosting platforms, as we don’t offer Windows hosting solutions ourselves.Additionally, we do not support proprietary website creation and administration interfaces such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
